Piaggio group unveils expanded range of Motorbikes and Scooters at EICMA 2024

Aprilia introduces its refreshed lineup, including the awaited Tuareg Rally, inspired by the model that won the Africa Eco Race, and the Tuono 457, a lightweight, high-performance naked sports bike aimed at younger riders.

Aprilia also showcases its updated Factory range, featuring prominent models like the RS 660, Tuono 660, Tuono V4, and RSV4, the latter equipped with a 220-hp engine and designed for high performance on and off the track. Aprilia's 125cc models, including the RS 125, Tuono 125, RX 125, and SX 125, have been updated with enhancements in safety and design.

Moto Guzzi debuts the new V7 family, led by the V7 Sport, which includes a double front disc brake, Ride by Wire throttle, and a dedicated Sport Riding Mode. The Stelvio is introduced in a special version, and updates to the V100 series include advanced safety systems.

Vespa unveils the GTS 310, now the most powerful Vespa to date, featuring a 310cc engine that enhances both power and responsiveness. Piaggio presents an updated Liberty, with new styling and digital instruments, along with the Beverly, which now includes a 310cc engine, and the Medley, available in a 200cc version for more versatility in urban mobility.

Piaggio’s presence at EICMA also highlights its recent financial performance. In 2023, the Group sold 559,500 vehicles worldwide, generating €1.994 billion in revenue, a 3.6% increase in gross margin, and a net profit of €91.1 million—its best-ever result.

Aprilia's new Tuono 457 model is built on the RS 457 platform, targeting younger riders with its power-to-weight ratio, advanced electronics, and accessible design. The Tuareg Rally, meanwhile, is designed for challenging off-road conditions and includes robust equipment suited for enduro riding.

In the high-performance segment, Aprilia expands its Factory range with enhancements to models like the RS 660 and Tuono V4. The RSV4 Factory, now reaching 220 hp, includes MotoGP-style winglets and adaptive electronic controls. The 125cc range has been refined with new safety features and updated aesthetics.

Moto Guzzi’s V7 Sport integrates improved technology with traditional styling, while the Piaggio Liberty, Beverly, and Medley scooters now cater to diverse needs with updated engines and improved safety features.

The Vespa GTS 310 integrates a larger 310cc engine to deliver more power and flexibility. Piaggio also introduces new collections of technical and lifestyle apparel for Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, and Vespa riders, developed with Alpinestars to support various riding styles.
