PB Wheels Launches Complimentary Emergency Car Breakdown Assistance Across Delhi NCR
The service is available to all car owners through a dedicated helpline and includes towing, flat tyre support, battery jump-start assistance, and emergency fuel delivery.
PB Wheels, a brand under the PB Fintech group, has launched a complimentary emergency car breakdown assistance service across Delhi NCR. The service is available through a dedicated helpline and is open to all car owners, including those who are not PB Wheels customers.
According to the company, the initiative is intended to provide support during unexpected vehicle breakdowns and help motorists access assistance in a timely manner. PB Wheels noted that vehicle breakdowns can occur in a variety of situations, including congested urban areas and isolated locations, often disrupting travel plans and requiring immediate intervention.
The company cited industry estimates indicating that more than 50 lakh roadside assistance requests were raised in 2025. It also stated that a significant number of vehicle owners do not currently have roadside assistance coverage as part of their motor insurance policies.
The emergency assistance package includes breakdown and accidental towing support, flat tyre assistance, battery jump-start services, and emergency fuel availability of up to five litres in cases of fuel-related breakdowns.
Customers can access the service by contacting the PB Wheels helpline. Depending on the nature of the issue, on-ground assistance may be provided for minor repairs, while vehicles requiring additional work can be towed to a workshop selected by the customer.
PB Wheels said the initiative forms part of its broader efforts to provide vehicle maintenance and support services across the car ownership lifecycle. The company currently offers services including motor insurance claims facilitation, repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and other car care solutions across India.
