New Hyundai Venue revealed, bookings open ahead of November 4 launch

Hyundai Motor India has officially revealed the all-new, second-generation Venue ahead of its market launch on November 4, 2025, with bookings now open across dealerships and online for ₹25,000. The new Venue gets a completely fresh design, a roomier cabin, and a heavy dose of new-age technology, making it one of Hyundai’s most significant launches of the year.

The new Venue is taller, wider, and features a longer wheelbase than before. Dimensionally, the SUV measures 3,995mm in length, 1,800mm in width, 1,665mm in height, and has a 2,520mm wheelbase, making it 48mm taller, 30mm wider, and 20mm longer in wheelbase than the outgoing model.

Hyundai’s latest “Parametric Dynamics” design language is used on the Venue. The design, according to the brand, contains bold elements like twin-horn LED DRLs, quad-beam LED headlamps, a dark chrome radiator grille, and horizon-style LED light bars at both ends. It also gets C-pillar garnish, in-glass VENUE emblem, and bridge-type roof rails.

On the inside, the new Venue comes with dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic display integrates the digital instrument cluster and infotainment screen. The dashboard gets unique Terrazzo-textured finish along with a new coffee-table-style centre console, and dual-tone Dark Navy and Dove Grey interior shades. The SUV also gets ambient lighting, an all-new steering wheel along with premium leatherette seats on some variants.

The new Venue offers 2-step reclining rear seats, rear window sunshades, rear AC vents, and an electric 4-way driver’s seat. Hyundai claims the SUV has improved rear legroom, shoulder room and headroom, ensuring better comfort on long journeys.

Under the hood, the new Venue continues with three familiar engine options, the 83hp 1.2-litre petrol, 120hp 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and 100hp 1.5-litre diesel. Gearbox choices include manual, automatic and 7-speed DCT options, ensuring a versatile range for all kinds of buyers.

In a first, Hyundai has also introduced a new variant nomenclature, with the Venue now offered in HX trims — HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX6T, HX7, HX8, and HX10.  Customers can choose from six monotone and two dual-tone colours, including new shades like Hazel Blue and Mystic Sapphire.

Commenting on the unveiling, Tarun Garg, COO, Hyundai Motor India, said, “The all-new Hyundai Venue redefines bold design and modern premiumness while integrating advanced technology that resonates with today’s new-age customers. It embodies our vision of ‘Tech up. Go beyond.’”

With over 7 lakh units sold since launch, the Venue has been one of Hyundai’s most successful SUVs in India. The new SUV will continue to take on rivals like the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet and Mahindra XUV 3XO.
