2025 Hyundai Venue gets two petrol and one diesel engine options along with the sporty Venue N-Line variant.

New Hyundai Venue prices start at Rs 7.89 lakh

Hyundai Motor India has launched the second-generation Venue compact SUV. Prices for the new Hyundai Venue start from Rs 7.90 lakh with the top variant priced at Rs 15.69 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Venue gets seven trim levels with a revised nomenclature – HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX7, HX8, and HX10. This time, Hyundai has launched the sporty Venue N Line variants alongside the standard model, expanding the total range to nine variants. The N Line versions are priced from Rs 10.55 lakh onwards.

The base HX2 variant is priced between Rs 7.90 lakh and Rs 9.70 lakh, while the HX4 is available at Rs 8.80 lakh. The HX5 sits between Rs 9.15 lakh and Rs 11.58 lakh, and the HX6 is priced from Rs 10.43 lakh to Rs 12.16 lakh. The HX7 trim is positioned between Rs 12.51 lakh and Rs 12.69 lakh, whereas the HX8 costs between Rs 11.81 lakh and Rs 13.03 lakh. The top-spec HX10 is priced from Rs 14.56 lakh to Rs 15.69 lakh.

As for the sportier N Line variants, the N6 is priced between Rs 10.55 lakh and Rs 11.63 lakh, while the top-end N10 N Line sits between Rs 15.30 lakh and Rs 15.48 lakh. With this updated lineup, Hyundai has positioned the new Venue to cater to a wider range of buyers, offering both regular and performance-oriented versions right from launch.

The 2025 Hyundai Venue brings a completely fresh design inside out, more technology, and the long-awaited diesel-automatic powertrain option which was not available on the previous-gen SUV.

The new Venue sits on Hyundai’s K1 platform which enables the SUV get additional tech upgrades. The new Hyundai compact SUV is larger in every dimension. It now sits 48mm taller, 30mm wider, and has a 20mm longer wheelbase than before, measuring 3,995mm in length, 1,800mm in width, 1,665mm in height, and 2,520mm in wheelbase. Customers can choose from six monotone and two dual-tone colour options, including new shades like Hazel Blue and Mystic Sapphire.



On the inside, the new Hyundai Venuge gets a completely overhauled interior replete with dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic screens that integrate the digital instrument cluster and infotainment system. The SUV comes with Hyundai’s latest Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC), powered by NVIDIA technology, supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, over-the-air updates for 20 vehicle controllers, and 70 connected features with more than 400 voice commands in five Indian languages. The interior is finished in dual-tone Dark Navy and Dove Grey and a reworked centre console. Higher variants get leatherette upholstery, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, and a Bose 8-speaker premium audio system. Other highlights include rear window sunshades, rear AC vents, two-step reclining rear seats, a 4-way powered driver’s seat, wireless phone charging, and a voice-enabled electric sunroof.

The Venue comes with Hyundai’s tried and tested powertrain options. These include the the 83hp 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, the 120hp 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and the 1.5-litre VGT diesel producing around 114hp and 250Nm with a VGT. Gearbox options include a five speed manual, torque-converter automatic, and 7-speed dual-clutch (DCT) units. A major highlight is the return of the diesel-automatic combination, available on the HX5 and HX10 variants, which now helps Hyundai take on the likes of the the Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, and Mahindra XUV 3XO that already offer similar setups.

As far as safety goes, new Venue now gets Hyundai SmartSense ADAS Level 2 with 16 driver-assistance features, including Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, and Driver Attention Warning. Standard safety features across all variants include six airbags, electronic stability control, hill-start assist, all-wheel disc brakes, ISOFIX mounts, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.  The SUV also gets An electronic parking brake with auto-hold, front parking sensors, and a 360-degree camera are also offered on higher trims.

Deliveries for the new Venue are expected to start in the coming days for the entry-level petrol variants. Turbo petrol and diesel powered units are expected to be delivered slightly later, dealers tell us.
