Netradyne Acquires Moove Connected Mobility to Expand European Footprint
Acquisition integrates AI-driven fleet safety platform with Moove’s regional expertise, aimed at scaling enterprise solutions and strengthening Netradyne’s operational presence across European markets.
Netradyne has announced the acquisition of Moove Connected Mobility, marking a step in its expansion strategy focused on Europe as a key market.
The transaction brings together Netradyne’s AI-based fleet safety and performance platform with Moove’s established presence across major European markets, including its customer base and operational infrastructure. Following the acquisition, Moove will operate as part of Netradyne Europe and serve as a regional hub for sales, partnerships and customer engagement.
According to the company, the integration is intended to strengthen its ability to support enterprise fleet operators with locally anchored services while leveraging a unified technology platform across regions.
“Europe is a critical pillar of our global strategy,” said Avneesh Agrawal, CEO and co-founder of Netradyne. “By combining Moove’s local expertise with our AI platform, we are positioned to support European fleets at scale while remaining closely aligned with regional requirements.”
As part of the transition, Jeroen Bruinooge, former CEO of Moove Connected Mobility, will take on the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager for Europe at Netradyne. He will oversee regional strategy, partnerships and customer operations.
The combined entity is expected to focus on delivering fleet intelligence solutions aimed at improving safety, driver performance and operational visibility. The move also aligns with Netradyne’s broader approach of building a global presence with region-specific capabilities across North America, Europe and Asia.
