Montra Electric Opens First e-SCV Dealership in Jaipur in Collaboration with Ensol Infratech Pvt Ltd

Montra Electric, the electric vehicle arm of TI Clean Mobility Private Limited, has opened its first electric small commercial vehicle (e-SCV) dealership in Rajasthan. The new facility, located in Jaipur, marks the brand’s entry into north-western India for its e-SCV business.

The dealership is operated in partnership with Ensol Infratech Pvt Ltd and features a 3S setup—providing sales, service, spares, and charging support. It is situated at A221-224, Sunder Nagar, near the 200 Ft Bypass on Ajmer Road, Jaipur. The facility is equipped with the necessary tools and infrastructure to offer customer support and service for Montra Electric’s range of commercial electric vehicles.

The dealership was formally inaugurated by Jalaj Gupta, Managing Director of TI Clean Mobility Private Limited, and Arun Sharma, Managing Director of Ensol Infratech Pvt Ltd. The event also saw the presence of Saju Nair, CEO of TIVOLT Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd (Montra’s e-SCV division), Sunil Kataria, Director at Ensol Infratech, and other stakeholders, including dealers, customers, and suppliers.

Among the models showcased at the new dealership is the EVIATOR, Montra Electric’s latest e-SCV offering. The vehicle comes with a certified range of 245 km and a real-world range of around 170 km. It features an 80 kW motor and produces 300 Nm of torque. The EVIATOR is backed by a warranty of up to seven years or 2.5 lakh kilometres and includes built-in telematics aimed at improving fleet management and operational efficiency.

Speaking at the launch, Jalaj Gupta said the opening of the Jaipur dealership reflects the company’s intent to expand its footprint across Rajasthan and strengthen its role in India's growing electric mobility sector. He added that the EVIATOR is designed to meet the evolving needs of the logistics industry, particularly in the mid-mile and last-mile delivery segments.

Saju Nair highlighted that the Jaipur dealership is a strategic step in reaching new customers in Rajasthan. He noted that the partnership with Ensol Infratech Pvt Ltd will enable the brand to provide tailored services and expand access to electric transport solutions in the region.

Commenting on the collaboration, Arun Sharma of Ensol Infratech said the new dealership is expected to enhance regional access to dependable electric commercial vehicles and support the transition to cleaner transportation alternatives.

Montra Electric is part of the Chennai-based Murugappa Group, which operates across sectors including agriculture, engineering, and financial services. The group owns multiple listed and unlisted companies and has a presence in diverse industries, including electric vehicles, abrasives, auto components, fertilizers, and insurance.
