Michelin India has expanded its retail network with the launch of three new Michelin Tyres & Services (MTS) stores in Pune, in partnership with Darshan Tyres.

The new outlets are located in Hadapsar, Camp and Chinchwad, extending Michelin’s presence across key areas of the city. The facilities span 2,500 sq. ft., 1,500 sq. ft. and 2,500 sq. ft., respectively, and are positioned to serve the region’s growing base of premium vehicle owners.

Each store will offer Michelin’s range of passenger car tyres along with services such as wheel alignment, balancing, tyre fitting, rotation, repair and replacement. The outlets are also equipped with diagnostic tools and service equipment.

Shantanu Deshpande, Managing Director, Michelin India, said the expansion is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in high-growth markets and improve access to its products and services. He added that the move aligns with Michelin’s plans to introduce locally manufactured passenger car tyres in India.

The expansion builds on Michelin’s partnership with Darshan Tyres, which has been operating in Pune’s automotive aftermarket for over three decades. The partner currently runs 11 stores and two detailing studios in the city.
