Mahindra Finance Announces Senior Management Change as Part of Talent Rotation Strategy

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (Mahindra Finance) has announced a change in its senior management team. As part of the Mahindra Group’s talent rotation strategy, Ketaki Suklikar has been appointed as the new Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of Mahindra Finance, effective November 1, 2025.

She will succeed Farida Balsara, the current CLO, who will be transitioning back to Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, the holding company of Mahindra Finance. To ensure a smooth transition, Suklikar will join the company from September 1, 2025, as ‘Chief Legal Officer – Designate’.

Suklikar brings over 20 years of experience across law firms and corporate legal departments. She is currently the Legal Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Mahindra Group and has previously served as General Counsel at Mayfield India. She holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from King’s College, London, and an LLB from ILS Law College, Pune.
