Magenta Mobility appoints Dharmistha Chaudhary as CHRO as it looks to accelerate operations

Magenta Mobility, an integrated Electric Mobility solutions provider, has appointed Dharmistha Chaudhary as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She has over 22 years of experience across sectors such as logistics, retail, and manufacturing, having worked with organisations like Sandvik Asia, Reliance Group, Chalhoub Group, and CMA CGM Group.
Her appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer comes at a pivotal moment as Magenta Mobility is accelerating its operations.
Magenta Mobility, which US$ 22 Million from bp Ventures and Morgan Stanley India Infrastructure, announced its operations in Pune earlier this month. Currently operational in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Mysuru, Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon, the firm is expanding its operational presence in multiple other cities. The brand employs a team size of around 200+ employees including 15 key individuals in leadership roles and has ambitious plans to scale up its fleet, driver partner network, and workforce during this year as it envisions operational expansion into additional cities.
Dharmistha will play an instrumental role in shaping the company's overall direction, encompassing talent acquisition, compensation and performance management, succession planning, learning, and development.
