The Gurugram-based company achieved its highest-ever annual revenue and EBITDA, with fourth-quarter revenue reaching ₹1,133 crores, representing 50% year-on-year growth from ₹757 crores in Q4 FY24. This marked the first time the company surpassed the ₹1,000 crore mark in quarterly revenue.
Consolidated EBITDA increased 25% to ₹516 crores in FY25 from ₹413 crores in the previous year, with margins improving to 14.2% from 14.6%. The company's profit before tax grew 36% to ₹308 crores, while earnings per share increased to ₹26.08 from ₹19.10 in FY24.

Post-year-end, the Board approved acquiring the remaining 25% stake in IAC International Automotive India Private Limited for ₹221 crores, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. "We are pleased to deliver another year of strong financial performance, with our consolidated revenue crossing ₹3,600 crores and achieving robust profit growth of 37%," said Anmol Jain, Managing Director. "Our strategic focus on inorganic growth through targeted acquisitions, including our entry into alternative fuels and the consolidation of our IAC India operations, positions us well for the evolving automotive landscape."
The company launched new products during the quarter, including cockpit assemblies for Mahindra's Thar Roxx, BE6, and XEV 9E models, gear shifters and shark fin antennas for Honda City iVtec Amaze, and counter box assemblies for Maruti Suzuki Swift.
