L&T Signs Distribution Agreement with FAYAT to Market BOMAG Road Equipment in India

Larsen & Toubro's Construction & Mining Machinery business has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with FAYAT Road Equipment Division (FRED) India to market BOMAG's specialized road construction machinery nationwide.

Under the agreement, L&T will oversee the marketing, sales, spare parts distribution, and after-sales service operations for BOMAG's portfolio of road milling machines, soil stabilisers, and cement spreaders in India. 

The addition of BOMAG's equipment will complement L&T's existing road machinery portfolio, enabling the company to broaden its coverage across road construction, maintenance, and infrastructure development projects. Lifecycle service support and parts availability will be managed through L&T's nationwide service network and its central logistics warehouse located in Nagpur.
