Legal startup teams up with FADA to provide legal assistance for unjustified challans and vehicle seizures
This strategic collaboration aims to offer 24x7 comprehensive legal support to customers who believe they have been subjected to unjust or illegal actions.
In a bid to address the growing concerns of vehicle owners facing unjustified challans and seizures, a legal startup with an extensive network of over 70,000 lawyers has partnered with the Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA).
This strategic collaboration aims to offer 24x7 comprehensive legal support to customers who believe they have been subjected to unjust or illegal actions.
FADA, a lobbying body for auto showroom dealers, finalised a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Himanshu Gupta, Founder and CEO, Lawyered, and Gautam Saraf, Chief Strategy Partner, Lawyered. Through this alliance, FADA seeks to empower its customers with the necessary resources and knowledge to make well-informed decisions when confronted with issues related to challans and vehicle seizures. The MoU agreement signing took place at the 5th auto retail conclave in New Delhi.
The legal startup's vast network of lawyers will act as a valuable resource, ensuring that vehicle owners receive the necessary legal assistance to challenge unjustified challans and rectify any unjustifiable vehicle seizures. By leveraging the expertise of these legal professionals, FADA aims to provide a robust support system for customers who have encountered unfair treatment.
Himanshu Gupta said, " While the problem of vehicle breakdown is taken care of by on-road legal assistance, what happens when one gets challan unjustifiably at times, if there is theft in the vehicle, or if the vehicle gets seized without legal justification?" "We can provide quick legal assistance in this regard".
