Kia India Opens Second Dealer Training Academy in Ahmedabad

Kia India has inaugurated its new Dealer Training Academy in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, marking its second such regional training hub in the country.

With the capacity to train approximately 250 personnel per month, the Ahmedabad academy is designed to conduct Level-1 training modules across sales and service teams. This facility follows the carmaker's first training academy established in Kochi, taking Kia India's combined monthly dealer training capacity to approximately 500 personnel across the country.

The initiative establishes localized training infrastructure to accelerate the induction of new employees, upskill existing staff, and reduce dependence on centralized training programs. The curriculum focuses on enhancing technical expertise, behavioral skills, and service delivery across the dealership workforce.
