Kabira Mobility launches after-sales service initiative with VehicleCare
The KM Care program offers three service packages which are customised to suit different customers' needs.
Kabira Mobility, an electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has introduced the KM Care program, an after-sales service initiative in collaboration with VehicleCare. The program will be rolled out across Kabira Mobility’s network of more than 500 service centres nationwide, aimed at enhancing the after-sales service experience for its customers.
The KM Care program offers three service packages—KM Care Essential, KM Care Plus, and KM Care Max—each tailored to meet varied customer needs. The packages include options for cashless servicing, roadside assistance, and premium maintenance support.
Key Features of KM Care Program include a comprehensive coverage– which is valid for 12 months or 10,000 kilometres, includes periodic maintenance services, cashless servicing options and 24x7 roadside assistance. Additional Benefits include a 5% discount on genuine spare parts and complimentary vehicle washing during each service visit. Priority handling at service centres and extended warranty options are also a part.
The service packages will maintain technical standards such as service centres certified by VehicleCare, maintenance conducted by factory-trained technicians, and the use of diagnostic tools and genuine spare parts.
Jaibir Siwach, CEO of Kabira Mobility, said, "The KM Care program, developed in partnership with VehicleCare, reflects our focus on providing dependable after-sales service. This collaboration leverages an expanded service network and technical expertise to meet the growing needs of electric two-wheeler users."
The partnership with VehicleCare introduces advanced diagnostics tools and streamlined processes to Kabira Mobility’s service network. The initiative also aims to improve efficiency, with a targeted 60-minute turnaround time for routine maintenance services. By strengthening its after-sales capabilities, Kabira Mobility seeks to address the evolving demands of the electric vehicle sector.
