JSW MG Motor India has announced a structured ownership programme for its upcoming MG Majestor SUV, positioning the vehicle as India's first D+ SUV. The 5-5-5 Complete Peace of Mind programme combines three ownership benefits — a five-year unlimited kilometre warranty, five years of free roadside assistance with no kilometre cap, and five labour-free services — as a standard offering for all Majestor customers.

The programme is designed to reduce long-term ownership costs and offer coverage from the point of purchase, with no optional upgrades or separate purchase required. The company said the initiative targets high-mileage users, long-distance drivers and off-road enthusiasts, for whom predictable running costs are a key consideration.

The Majestor is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine producing 215.5 PS and 478.5 Nm of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission available in both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive configurations. The SUV features triple differential locks — front, rear and centre — along with 10 off-road driving modes, Crawl Control, 219 mm of ground clearance, and 810 mm water wading capability.

It is also equipped with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), making it the first D+ SUV in India to offer this technology at the segment level.

Pre-reservations for the MG Majestor are currently open at INR 41,000 on the company's official website. The first 3,000 customers who pre-reserve will be eligible for the 5-5-5 programme. Showroom displays and test drives are scheduled to begin in April 2026, with deliveries planned from May 2026.

JSW MG Motor India is a joint venture between SAIC Motor, a global Fortune 500 company operating in over 100 countries, and JSW Group, an Indian conglomerate with interests across industrial and consumer sectors. The company's manufacturing facility in Halol, Gujarat, has an annual production capacity of over one lakh vehicles.
