JK Tyre unveils 11 innovative OTR tyre solutions at CII EXCON 2023

JK Tyre showcased its commitment to technological innovation by launching 11 new Off-the-Road (OTR) tyres at CII EXCON 2023, South Asia’s largest construction equipment trade fair in Bangalore. The new additions to JK Tyre's product portfolio aim to drive innovation in the industry.

One of the highlights is the JK Tyre 18.00–25 40PR Port Champion Plus, a Next-Gen Port Tyre designed specifically for Reach Stackers (container handling equipment). This tyre offers excellent durability, mileage, and steering ability during operations, thanks to its deep tread and accurate pattern with heavy rubber in the center.

Anuj Kathuria, President (India) at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., expressed optimism about bolstering their presence in the segment and serving more consumers with these new category-defining tyres. The company, known for leading the OTR tyre category, introduced 10 additional variants for diverse construction applications.

12.00-20 20PR Hard Rock Champion: Suitable for mining tipper trucks in rough mining terrain.

17.5-25 20 PR GLT Plus E3/L3 TT: Designed to support Motor Graders operations with high traction and durability on harsh terrain.

13.00-24 16 PR GTL Champ G3 TT: Suitable for crane operations with high traction and durability.

400/70-20 14 PR TUFF GRIP: TUFF GRIP tyre designed for Small Loaders and Motor Graders (SLM).

400/80-24 16 PR V-BH PLUS II TL: V-BH PLUS II tyre for SLM and Backhoe applications.

300-15 Standard: SOLID Standard tyre designed for forklifts.

250-15 Standard: SOLID Standard tyre for forklifts.

12.5/80-18 VEM 99 ultima: Suitable for Small Loaders and Motor Graders (SLM).

12.00-24 L5S VEM SMOOTH: VEM SMOOTH tyre for underground mining applications.

31/90-49 VEM 045 E4 TL 54 PR: VEM 045 tyre designed for dump trucks.
