JCB India Opens New 3S Dealership Facility in Nashik
The new dealership, operated by Ratnapprabbha World, will provide sales, service and parts support across Nashik and North Maharashtra through a 60,000 sq ft facility.
JCB India has expanded its dealer network in Maharashtra with the inauguration of a new integrated sales, service and spare parts (3S) dealership facility in Nashik. Operated by Ratnapprabbha World, the new outlet will cater to customers in Nashik and neighbouring districts across North Maharashtra.
Spread across nearly 60,000 sq ft, the facility houses a four-bay workshop and is staffed by a team of around 150 employees. It will also serve as the headquarters of Ratnapprabbha World, overseeing five branches located in Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon and Nandurbar.
The dealership uses JCB's LiveLink Command Centre, a telematics platform that lets customers monitor machine performance, service schedules, operations, and security in real time.
The new outlet will support JCB India's portfolio, which includes backhoe loaders, tracked excavators, wheeled loaders, compactors, telehandlers, mini excavators, skid steer loaders, the Agrimax range, diesel generator sets and access platforms.
"Maharashtra continues to witness robust infrastructure and industrial growth, driving sustained demand for construction equipment. We are delighted to inaugurate our new dealership facility in Nashik – our second in partnership with the Ratnapprabbha group," said Deepak Shetty, CEO and Managing Director, JCB India.
Ratnapprabbha Motors has partnered with JCB India for nearly two decades. The Nashik facility marks the group's second dealership with the construction equipment manufacturer and will anchor its regional operations in North Maharashtra.
