JBM Auto's Chief Human Resources Officer Girish Goyal​​​​​​​ Steps Down

JBM Auto Limited, a leading automotive components manufacturer, announced the resignation of Girish Goyal from his position as Chief Human Resources Officer. The resignation took effect on March 28, according to a regulatory filing by the company.

In a notification to the stock exchanges submitted today, JBM Auto stated that  Goyal's resignation was due to personal reasons. 

"It has been a great experience in contributing to the growth of the company," Goyal mentioned in his resignation letter. He expressed gratitude for the support received from stakeholders and guidance from the promoters and senior management during his tenure.

The company confirmed that  Goyal's actual position was BU HRPA head, and he was relieved from his duties after completing his notice period as per company policy.

Goyal indicated his intention to pursue career opportunities outside the JBM Group. The company confirmed that there were no other material reasons behind his departure beyond those stated in his resignation letter.

JBM Auto has not yet announced a replacement for the vacated position.

JBM Auto Ltd specializes in the manufacturing of auto components, electric vehicles (EVs), and engineering services. Founded in 1983, JBM has grown into a key player in the automotive sector, offering solutions in sheet metal components, tools, dies, and buses. The company is recognized for its eco-friendly EV buses, promoting sustainable mobility.
