JBM Auto Limited reported a 15.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, supported by growth in its OEM business and steady execution in electric bus deployments.

The company’s revenue from operations, including other operating income, stood at ₹1,613.98 crore in Q3FY26, compared with ₹1,396.15 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. This marked the highest third-quarter revenue recorded by the company to date.

Net profit for the quarter rose 4.29% year on year to ₹54.68 crore, while profit before tax increased 6.46% to ₹77.45 crore. EBITDA grew 5.24% to ₹202.93 crore, reflecting continued investments across manufacturing operations and electric mobility programmes. Earnings per share improved marginally to ₹2.33 from ₹2.23 a year earlier.

JBM Auto said its OEM division recorded a 19.55% year-on-year rise in revenues during the quarter, aided by stable demand from passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle customers.

In electric mobility, the company continued to scale its bus operations across domestic and overseas markets. JBM Electric Vehicles recently unveiled its ECOLIFE e12 electric city bus for Europe at Busworld Europe 2025 in Brussels, where it remained the only Indian OEM to launch an electric bus for the second consecutive year.

On the domestic front, JBM completed the deployment of 500 intercity electric buses in Telangana and 312 electric buses in Delhi during the quarter. The company also flagged off 25 electric buses at the Statue of Unity in Kevadia, Gujarat, marking further expansion of its public transport footprint.

For the nine months ended December 2025, JBM Auto reported cumulative revenue of ₹5,472.33 crore and profit after tax of ₹200.75 crore.
