Iveco Group CFO Anna Tanganelli to Step Down Following Tata Motors Acquisition
Executive set to exit in November after completing major transaction, search initiated for next financial head.
Iveco Group Chief Financial and IT Officer Anna Tanganelli will leave the company on November 2, 2026, following the completion of the company's acquisition by Tata Motors, the commercial vehicle manufacturer announced on Thursday.
The timing of Tanganelli's departure is aligned with the completion of the transaction. Following her exit from Iveco Group, she will take up a new leadership position at another publicly listed company. Iveco Group Chief Executive Officer Olof Persson noted her contributions during her tenure, highlighting her leadership on key financial and corporate transactions.
The company stated that the executive search process to select a new Chief Financial Officer is underway. Further details regarding the appointment will be announced once the selection process concludes.
