Ivan Brajdic Appointed to ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Board
Dr. Christian Brenneke resigns as Non-Executive Director due to professional commitments, while Ivan Brajdic joins the board effective November 5, bringing extensive automotive industry experience to the company.
ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited has informed stock exchanges about changes in its board composition, with one director departing and a new appointment taking effect this week.
Dr. Christian Brenneke has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective from the close of business hours on November 4, 2025. In his resignation letter, Dr. Brenneke cited personal and professional commitments related to his role as Head of U-Division (Electronic and ADAS) at ZF Group. He will also cease to be a member and chairman of various board committees.
The company has simultaneously announced the appointment of Ivan Brajdic as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent), effective November 5, 2025. The appointment was approved unanimously by the board based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Brajdic brings over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, with 15 years in global leadership positions. He currently serves as Managing Director of ZF CV Systems Global GmbH in Bern, Switzerland, and holds the position of Senior Vice President for Research & Development in the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Division.
His career includes senior roles at WABCO China, Ricardo Germany, and Mercedes-AMG GmbH. Brajdic studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Stuttgart and has been with ZF Group since October 2024 in his current capacity.
