iGo Wise Mobility Launches Customer Experience Franchise Program
Company targets Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Panjim in six-month Phase-1 rollout.
iGo Wise Mobility has launched a nationwide customer experience franchise program to expand its network across India, starting with Greater Bengaluru Area, Hyderabad, Pune, and Panjim over the next six months. The Indian electric vehicle company is inviting entrepreneurs to establish franchise-owned, franchise-operated (FOFO) dealerships with a minimum investment of ₹10 lakhs.
The program will roll out in three phases. Phase 1 covers the four cities over six months, while Phase 2 will expand to South and Middle Indian states within 9-12 months. Phase 3 will extend operations to Kenya and Nigeria.
"We are building a network that doesn't just sell electric vehicles—it builds community experiences around sustainable mobility," said Sravan Kumar Appana, Founder & CEO, iGo. "Through this franchise model, we aim to empower entrepreneurs with a profitable, future-forward business while giving customers a familiar, trusted local touchpoint for their entire family's mobility needs."
The franchise model requires a 200-square-foot space (20x10 feet) and offers a payback period of 12-16 months. The company projects monthly returns of 5-8%, translating to up to 60% annually, with break-even expected within 12 months. Super dealers and master distributors will receive exclusive access to up to five districts.
Franchise partners will receive branding and marketing support, customer experience training, full-stack dealership management tools with a dedicated mobile app, and AI-backed inventory management systems. The company will focus on after-sales service and premium customer experience.
Each experience center will cater to family customers with emphasis on women and elderly needs, offering at-home test rides. iGo certified partners will receive training on maintenance aspects, with service quality built on predictive mitigation, remote assistance, and spare parts availability. The first dealerships will be operational by February 2025 in Bengaluru. Pilot programs are underway in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
iGo Wise Mobility develops electric vehicle solutions for Indian families, focusing on innovation, accessibility, and localized experiences in light electric mobility across India and global markets.
