Hyundai Motor India Receives Top Employer Certification for Third Year
The automaker secured first place in the automobile sector and fourth across all industries in India for 2026, according to the Top Employers Institute.
Hyundai Motor India Limited has been certified as a Top Employer in India for 2026, marking the third consecutive year the company has received this recognition from the Top Employers Institute. The company ranked first among automobile manufacturers and fourth across all sectors nationwide.
The certification is based on the Top Employers Institute's HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates organizations across six core domains and 20 topics. The assessment covers areas including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
Tarun Garg, Managing Director and CEO of Hyundai Motor India, said the recognition reflects the company's focus on creating an inclusive workplace with opportunities for employee development. He described the certification as evidence of the company's commitment to its workforce and organizational values.
Adrian Seligman, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, noted that the certification demonstrates the alignment between the company's people strategy and business objectives. He said the recognition reflects Hyundai Motor India's contribution to workplace standards in India.
Hyundai Motor India achieved a higher score in 2026 compared to the previous year. The company's score improvement contributed to its fourth-place national ranking across all industries.
The Top Employers Institute operates a global certification program that assesses and validates organizations based on their human resources practices. The institute positions itself as an authority on workplace excellence.
