Hyundai Motor India launches nationwide ‘Hyundai Always Around’ Campaign

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has introduced the 2024 edition of its ‘Hyundai Always Around’ campaign, aiming to provide convenient sales, service, and exchange options to its customers across India. Scheduled for Sunday, November 17, 2024, the campaign is a one-day, nationwide event that offers exclusive services and benefits to both existing and prospective customers at no extra cost.

This campaign, titled "Aisi Care Nowhere," reflects Hyundai’s focus on customer satisfaction, designed to enhance the overall ownership experience. Mr. Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer at HMIL, noted that customer-centricity remains a priority at Hyundai, with the ‘Hyundai Always Around’ campaign reinforcing the company’s efforts to provide accessible services, promote customer trust, and build long-lasting relationships.

During the event, customers will have the opportunity to have their current Hyundai vehicles evaluated for exchange and can book a new Hyundai car at local Hyundai camps. Trained Hyundai technicians will provide a complimentary 18-point check-up for Hyundai vehicles, advising on upcoming service requirements tailored to each vehicle. Prospective customers will also have the chance to test drive various Hyundai models.

The campaign includes a range of customer engagement activities, where participants can receive up to 20% off on accessories, a complimentary car wash, 50% off on wheel alignment and balancing, 20% off on PMS labor costs, and 30% off on interior cleaning and exterior enhancement. Additionally, scratch cards offering prizes of up to Rs 10,000 worth of accessories will be available for select models.
