HMSI launches 'Smart Workshop' mobile app

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched ‘Smart Workshop’ Mobile App, which allows customers to track every stage of their vehicle's service readiness through a single SMS link.

As vehicles pass through various stages – from arrival to repair and eventually delivery – customers receive timely notifications at each stage completion. This feature ensures that customers are kept informed about their vehicle's status in real-time, enhancing peace of mind and convenience.

HMSI plans to roll out the 'Smart Workshop' Mobile App across all authorised main dealer service centers nationwide by the end of next year, starting with key cities like Hyderabad, Jaipur, Pune, and Mumbai. Customers stand to benefit from reduced waiting times, improved service visibility for better day planning, transparent communication regarding additional service requests or recommendations, prompt response to feedback, and streamlined vehicle delivery processes.
