HMSI​​​​​​​ Reports 5.15 Lakh Two-Wheeler Sales in July, Posts 20% Monthly Growth

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India reported total sales of 5,15,378 units in July 2025, including 4,66,331 units in domestic sales and 49,047 units in exports. The company recorded a 20% month-on-month growth compared to June 2025.

For the April-July 2025 period. cumulative sales stood at 18,88,242 units, with 16,93,036 units sold in the domestic market and 1,95,206 units exported.

In July, HMSI carried out road safety awareness campaigns across 13 cities, focusing on traffic education for young riders. The company also marked the ninth anniversary of its Traffic Training Park in Ludhiana, aimed at promoting safer road behavior.

Through its CSR arm, Honda India Foundation continued Project Buniyaad in Mizoram and launched the initiative in Sikkim by signing an MoU with the state’s Skill Development Department. These efforts are intended to strengthen digital education and vocational training under the World Bank-supported Sikkim INSPIRES Program.

In motorsports, IDEMITSU Honda Racing India riders participated in the third round of the 2025 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship in Japan. Kavin Quintal and Johann Reeves completed Race 1 in 15th and 24th positions and Race 2 in 31st and 25th, respectively, in the Asia Production 250cc class.
