Hilti India Named Among Best Large Workplaces by Great Place to Work

Hilti India enters the large organization category while securing its eighth consecutive GPTW certification.

Hilti India has been recognised as one of India’s Best Companies to Work For in 2025 in the Large Organizations category by Great Place to Work (GPTW). This marks the company’s eighth consecutive GPTW certification.

The shift from the mid-size category to large organizations in 2025 highlights Hilti India’s continued expansion in the country. The GPTW certification is based on benchmarks around trust, fairness, pride, camaraderie, and respect in the workplace.
