Hilti India Named Among Best Large Workplaces by Great Place to Work

Hilti India has been recognised as one of India’s Best Companies to Work For in 2025 in the Large Organizations category by Great Place to Work (GPTW). This marks the company’s eighth consecutive GPTW certification.

The shift from the mid-size category to large organizations in 2025 highlights Hilti India’s continued expansion in the country. The GPTW certification is based on benchmarks around trust, fairness, pride, camaraderie, and respect in the workplace.

“Being recognised among India’s best companies to work for in the large organizations category is a proud moment,” said Devika Tandon, Director, HR, Hilti India. “This recognition is not just a badge of honour – it’s a validation of our collective journey. As we scale and evolve, our culture remains our strongest foundation... Success is measured not only by performance but by how meaningfully we can impact our team members’ lives and careers.”

According to the company, its emphasis lies in internal talent development, reporting that nearly 80% of its leadership roles are filled through internal promotions. Its initiatives include 'MyIntegration' onboarding, structured coaching, career dialogues, and real-time feedback, supported by the institutionalized MOMENT People Approach.

The company also offers progressive employee benefits, including 9-month maternity leave, 6-week paternity leave, well-being leaves, mental health support, and health insurance covering families and parents. Its work policy is designed to encourage work-life balance, with a focus on employees unplugging after hours.

In the area of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Hilti India maintains bias-free hiring and equal opportunity practices. It fosters open forums and programs like Co-Create.

Headquartered in Schaan, Liechtenstein, Hilti is a global provider of specialized tools, fastening systems, and software solutions for professional users. Operating in over 120 countries with approximately 33,000 team members, it reported sales exceeding CHF 6.4 billion in 2024.
