Hero has relaunched the Glamour in India, since it was discontinued in 2020 due to the more stringent BS6 emissions norms. The Glamour can be had in two variants, drum and disc, priced at Rs 82,348 and Rs 86,348, respectively.

Hero Glamour underpinnings, features

Powering the Hero Glamour is an air-cooled, 124.7cc, single-cylinder engine rated for 10.5hp at 7,500rpm and 10.4Nm of torque at 6,000rpm, which is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. A simple diamond frame nestles this engine and is suspended by a telescopic fork at the front and preload-adjustable twin shock absorbers at the rear.

The Glamour can be had with either a 240mm disc or 130mm drum at the front, with a 130mm drum brake at the rear accompanying it. Equipped with a drum brake at the front, the Glamour weighs 121.3kg, while optioning it with the disc brake takes that figure up to 122.5kg.

The Glamour is a fairly basic 125cc commuter, but it still gets Hero’s proprietary i3s stop/start tech, a fully digital dash (sans Bluetooth connectivity) and a USB charging port. It can be had in three colours – Candy Blazing Red, Techno Blue-Black and Sports Red-Black.
