Hero MotoCorp Q4 FY2025 Results: Net Profit Rises 23.9% YoY to ₹1,168.75 Crore

Revenue crosses ₹10,000 crore for third straight quarter; EBITDA margin remains healthy as cost management supports bottom line performance.

Hero MotoCorp Q4 FY2025 Results: Net Profit Rises 23.9% YoY to ₹1,168.75 Crore

Hero MotoCorp Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,168.75 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, marking a year-on-year growth of 23.9% from ₹943.46 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's revenue from operations stood at ₹9,969.81 crore, reflecting an increase from ₹9,616.68 crore in Q4 FY2024.

Total income for the quarter reached ₹10,244 crore, while total expenses were ₹8,750.13 crore. Cost of materials consumed came in at ₹6,458.46 crore, and employee benefit expenses stood at ₹695.97 crore. Depreciation and amortisation expenses were ₹204.14 crore, and other expenses amounted to ₹1,391.30 crore.

Profit before tax (PBT) was reported at ₹1,564.91 crore, with tax expenses at ₹396.16 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter was ₹58.08 (basic).

Hero MotoCorp also recorded a total comprehensive income of ₹1,150.75 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹931.58 crore in Q4 FY2024. The company maintained its paid-up equity share capital at ₹40 crore with a face value of ₹2 per share.

Despite a minor other comprehensive loss of ₹18 crore in Q4 FY2025, the overall financial performance reflected strong operational efficiency and growth momentum.
