Hero MotoCorp, a leading manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has launched the Hero For Startups (HFS) program to foster innovation and support emerging businesses. This initiative is part of Hero MotoCorp's vision to shape the future of mobility in India and beyond, emphasising technology-driven advancements and talent development in the automotive sector.  

The HFS program is designed to identify startups with the potential to bring transformative solutions to the industry. By utilising Hero MotoCorp's extensive resources and network, the initiative offers these startups opportunities to grow and contribute to the mobility landscape. Selected participants will gain access to the company’s Research and Development facilities in Germany and India, along with its network of dealers, suppliers, and partners. Startups will also have the chance to work on paid Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and successful outcomes may lead to their solutions being integrated into Hero MotoCorp's product portfolio, enhancing market exposure and growth prospects.  

This initiative seeks to drive the development of advanced technologies and innovative solutions that address key challenges in the mobility sector. Hero MotoCorp aims to promote scalable and sustainable innovations with the potential for a long-term impact on the automotive industry.  

Startups participating in the program will receive business development support and technical assistance, including access to Hero’s R&D, manufacturing, and business teams. Tailored bootcamps are part of the program, helping participants strengthen their technological and operational capabilities to address industry challenges effectively. Additionally, mentorship from Hero MotoCorp's leadership and industry experts will guide startups in scaling their ventures and contributing meaningfully to the sector.

Through the Hero For Startups initiative, Hero MotoCorp aims to create a collaborative platform that encourages innovation and sustainability, paving the way for transformative changes in the automotive industry.
