Gensol Engineering Limited has officially announced the resignation of two senior members from its Board of Directors. Anmol Singh Jaggi, serving as the Managing Director, and Puneet Singh Jaggi, holding the position of Whole-time Director, have both tendered their resignations with effect from the close of business hours on May 12, 2025.
The company has disclosed that Anmol Singh Jaggi’s resignation was submitted in compliance with the directive issued in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Interim Order dated April 15, 2025.
