FlixBus announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Tourism to integrate destination marketing with intercity bus connectivity. Formalised on World Tourism Day, the collaboration marks the first formal partnership between the ministry and a intercity bus mobility provider under the central government's Incredible India initiative.

Under the terms of the pact, FlixBus will deploy a dedicated co-branded coach featuring Incredible India branding on select intercity routes, alongside embedding destination-centric travel content into its booking infrastructure.

The two sides launched Har Safar, Swachh Safar, a passenger awareness campaign aimed at promoting waste reduction, environmental sustainability, and local community respect, aligned with the Union government's Mission LiFE framework.

Surya Khurana, Managing Director, FlixBus India, said:

"We are proud to partner with the Ministry of Tourism in supporting the Incredible India campaign through a collaboration that goes beyond transportation to strengthen India's tourism ecosystem."
