FADA Academy, the learning and leadership arm of the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations, has completed its inaugural global executive training initiative, the Ivy League Strategic Leadership Programme, at Imperial College Business School in London.

Held from July 20 to July 24, 2026, the five-day immersion program brought together a cohort of 18 Indian automotive retail leaders, dealer principals, and business owners. Conducted in partnership with Hero Vired, the initiative focused on key pillars including strategic leadership, competitive growth, digital transformation, emerging automotive technologies, emotional intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. Following the completion of the course, all 18 participants were inducted as founding members of the FADA Academy Global Leadership Club.

"It reflects our vision of creating internationally benchmarked learning experiences that prepare automotive retail leaders to navigate an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment," said Manish Raj Singhania, Chairman of FADA Academy and Research.
