Exotel Collaborates with JSW MG Motor India to Enhance Customer Engagement

Customer engagement solutions provider Exotel has collaborated with JSW MG Motor India to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency. The partnership focuses on integrating virtual numbers, centralized call monitoring, and automated feedback systems to streamline communication and improve service consistency across the company's network.  

With the implementation of Exotel’s unified cloud contact center, JSW MG Motor India has reported a 22% increase in customer satisfaction and a 20% improvement in productivity. The use of virtual numbers has contributed to better dealership credibility, while the automated feedback system has achieved an 85% response rate, allowing for more effective issue resolution.  

Exotel provides AI-driven customer engagement and experience solutions, serving over 7,000 clients globally across various industries. The company facilitates more than 25 billion annual conversations through omnichannel platforms, voice, agents, and bots. Its AI-powered solutions support agents, bots, and customers by enhancing interactions with conversational intelligence and optimizing resources to improve customer experience and business operations.

JSW MG Motor India is a joint venture between JSW Group and MG Motor, focusing on the automotive sector in India.
