Exeliq Solutions has introduced the VoltPRO Series, an AI-enabled testing system for electric vehicle batteries. The launch addresses growing demand for battery performance validation as India's EV sector expands.

The series comprises three variants: BTM80, BTM300, and BTM500. Developed by Exeliq's in-house research and engineering teams, the system incorporates AI-driven analytics modules and a bi-directional regenerative power system. The technology provides real-time data on battery State of Charge, State of Health, and lifecycle performance while maintaining reduced energy consumption.

According to recent industry data, India's automotive testing market reached approximately USD 149.29 million in 2024. Projections indicate growth to USD 243.75 million by 2032, representing a compound annual growth rate of 6.32 percent. This expansion reflects increased automotive production, stricter safety regulations, and rising electric mobility adoption.

Rahul Gautam, Co-founder of Exeliq, stated that the VoltPRO series aims to reduce testing time and manpower requirements while improving reliability metrics. The system enables manufacturers to identify potential issues during production and leverage data insights for performance optimization.

Exeliq Tech Solutions was established in 2017 by five engineers: Rahul Gautam, Sharad Gupta, Prince Agarwal, Rishabh Kanojia, and Kumar Ashu. Headquartered in Noida, the company specializes in automotive testing solutions for EV manufacturers. The firm utilizes NI's hardware and software platforms, including LabVIEW and advanced data acquisition modules, for its testing systems.

The VoltPRO Series targets large-scale production testing environments and advanced energy storage system applications within the electric vehicle sector.
