Euler Motors Launches Euler Prime Real-Time Vehicle Support Service

Euler Motors has launched Euler Prime, a real-time vehicle support solution designed to provide rapid assistance to customers across more than 45 cities in India. The service will initially roll out in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna.

The new support system aims to maximize vehicle uptime by deploying trained technicians via mobile bikes and vans to reach customers within 90 minutes in urban areas. For locations outside city limits and highway coverage, the company targets response times of four to five hours depending on the specific location.

Euler Prime leverages the company's proprietary Shepherd platform, which provides live diagnostics, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance capabilities. The system is designed to identify potential vehicle failures before drivers become aware of issues, enabling proactive intervention.

"Euler Prime is a significant milestone in our mission to deliver an exceptional and seamless ownership experience to our customers," said Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors. "We have reimagined customer support as a proactive, real-time solution that keeps our customers' businesses moving."

The service is available to all new Euler customers and those with an Annual Maintenance Contract, while existing customers can access it on a paid basis. The company positions the launch as part of its broader commitment to ensuring commercial EV customers experience minimal disruptions to their operations.

Euler Motors, founded in 2018, manufactures electric commercial vehicles for cargo delivery and operates across various cities in India. The company has received recognition including the Apollo Awards in 2022 and Businessworld's Auto World 40 Under 40 Winners award.
