Escorts Kubota Limited has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Tractor Junction to establish a structured valuation, liquidation, and resale network for pre-owned tractors across its authorized dealership ecosystem.
Under the agreement, participating Escorts Kubota dealerships will identify exchange tractors traded during new vehicle purchases, while Tractor Junction will handle digital inspection, market-backed pricing, and listing across its buyer platform. The initiative leverages Tractor Junction's existing resale footprint, which currently processes nearly 500 pre-owned tractors monthly through over 100 company-owned, company-operated dealerships.
"This MOU with Tractor Junction gives customers a transparent, market-backed price for their existing tractor and a faster path to a new one. It also gives our dealers a reliable way to move exchange inventory, so they can focus on what they do best, which is putting the right machine in the right farmer's hands," said Neeraj Mehra, Chief Officer of the Tractor Business Division at Escorts Kubota Ltd.
"A strong dealership network requires equally strong lifecycle solutions. While new tractor sales remain the primary business for dealers, the efficient management of exchange inventory has become increasingly important in sustaining business momentum. Through this collaboration with Escorts Kubota, we are bringing greater structure, pricing intelligence and market access to the used tractor ecosystem," said Rajat Gupta, Founder and CEO of Tractor Junction.
The initial phase of the rollout will cover Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra, with subsequent expansion planned into Gujarat, Telangana, and Chhattisgarh.
