Escorts Kubota Limited Announces Price Hike on Kubota Brand Tractors Effective April 15, 2026
The Faridabad-based engineering conglomerate notifies stock exchanges of an upcoming price revision for its Kubota brand tractors, with variation across models, variants, and regional markets.
Escorts Kubota Limited (EKL) has formally intimated the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India of an impending price increase for tractors sold under its Kubota brand, effective April 15, 2026. The disclosure was made by Company Secretary Arvind Kumar in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The announcement, dated April 7, 2026, follows an earlier intimation filed on April 3, 2026, which had addressed price revisions for tractors under brands other than Kubota. The latest filing extends that revision to the Kubota lineup as well, covering the company's Agri Machinery Business Division.
The company noted that the quantum of increase will not be uniform, stating that it will vary across models, variants, and geographies. No specific percentage figures or model-wise breakdowns were disclosed in the regulatory filing.
Escorts Kubota Limited is one of India's major engineering conglomerates, with over eight decades of presence in the agricultural mechanization and construction equipment sectors. The company trades on the BSE under scrip code 500495 and on the NSE under the symbol ESCORTS.
