Endurance Technologies Limited has commenced commercial production of lithium ion battery packs at its newly constructed greenfield manufacturing facility in Mindewadi, located in the Maval taluka of Pune district, Maharashtra. The operational milestone follows a capital expenditure approval originally finalized by the company board of directors on 29 April 2025. The regulatory update, submitted to the domestic stock exchanges on 17 June 2026, confirms that the facility went online effective immediately to supply localized energy storage components to the domestic market.

The greenfield infrastructure project required a total capital outlay of approximately 47.3 crore rupees. The factory is engineered to manufacture lithium ion battery packs across various technical configurations, catering to both clean mobility applications and stationary battery energy storage systems. The manufacturing push marks a direct expansion of the parent company's product line, building upon the electronic sub-assemblies developed by its subsidiary, Maxwell Energy Systems Private Limited, which designs and supplies advanced battery management systems.

The plant has commenced operations with an initial installed manufacturing capacity of approximately 26,000 lithium ion battery packs per month. The structural layout of the facility has been configured to support scalable volume expansions up to 35,000 packs per month through the installation of balance-of-plant equipment.
