EMO Energy, e-Sprinto to Deploy 8,000 Electric Scooters Across India

Energy technology company EMO Energy has partnered with electric two-wheeler manufacturer e-Sprito to deploy 8,000 electric scooters across India during the current financial year.

The scooters will be used for commercial mobility applications, including quick-commerce and last-mile delivery operations. The deployment will be carried out in phases across multiple cities and will include both low-speed and high-speed electric scooter models from e-Sprinto.

ZenPac Battery Technology and Charging Infrastructure

The partnership will combine e-Sprinto’s electric scooter platforms with EMO Energy’s ZenPac battery technology. ZenPac is a liquid-cooled battery system that uses active thermal management, battery intelligence and energy optimisation features.

The battery platform is integrated with EMO Energy’s charging infrastructure and battery intelligence system, which provides real-time monitoring and predictive insights into battery and energy usage. The company said the system is designed for commercial EV applications involving multiple charging cycles, extended operating hours and urban operating conditions.

“This partnership with e-Sprinto combines a purpose-built vehicle platform with EMO’s battery technology, intelligence layer, and charging infrastructure to create a reliable energy ecosystem for high-utilisation mobility,” said Sheetanshu Tyagi, co-founder and CEO, EMO Energy.

Atul Gupta, founder and chairman, e-Sprinto, said the partnership combines e-Sprinto’s electric vehicle platforms with EMO Energy’s battery technology to address the scale and reliability requirements of commercial mobility.

EMO Energy's Fleet Performance and Growth in FY26

The partnership comes as EMO Energy expands its presence in commercial electric mobility. During the first quarter of the financial year, fleets using EMO Energy systems covered 93.69 million km and supported 18.74 million deliveries, while consuming 2,810.7 MWh of energy.

EMO said its operating fleet increased from 15,800 vehicles in April to more than 19,000 vehicles by June.
