Emmforce Autotech Secures Rs 10.50 Crore Annual Supply Contract from US OEM
The BSE-listed automotive components manufacturer has won a long-term agreement to supply drivetrain parts, marking a significant expansion in its international business operations.
Emmforce Autotech Limited has announced the acquisition of a substantial supply order valued at approximately Rs 10.50 crore annually from a United States-based Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contract involves the manufacturing and supply of drivetrain parts under a long-term arrangement.
The company disclosed the development to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Managing Director Ashok Mehta signed the regulatory filing announcing the new business win.
According to the disclosure, the order represents an ordinary business transaction for the purchase of products. The contract has been awarded to Emmforce Autotech as a domestic entity, though the client is based in the United States.
The company clarified that neither promoters nor promoter group companies hold any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The transaction does not fall under related party transaction provisions.
Emmforce Autotech Limited trades on the Bombay Stock Exchange under scrip code 544166. The company specializes in automotive component manufacturing, with this latest contract strengthening its position in the drivetrain parts segment for international markets.
The announcement comes as automotive component manufacturers continue to expand their global footprint, securing contracts from international OEMs seeking reliable supply chain partners.
