E3 Electric.Ai Raises ₹100 Crore Series A Led by BluVenture Holdings

Bengaluru-based deep-tech electric mobility startup E3 Electric.Ai will use the fresh capital to accelerate product innovation and expand its market presence across India ahead of the commercial launch of its AI-powered electric scooter, E3 TRION.

E3 Electric.Ai, a Bengaluru-based deep-tech electric mobility company, has raised ₹100 crore in a Series A round comprising a mix of equity and debt. The round was led by BluVenture Holdings, a global venture capital firm that backs high-growth, category-defining startups.

The company said the capital will go toward accelerating product development and building its market presence across India. The funding round comes ahead of the commercial launch of E3 TRION, which the company describes as India's first intelligent electric scooter, set to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

E3 Electric.Ai builds AI-powered, modular electric scooters designed around what it calls a human-first approach, aiming to anticipate issues before they arise and support riders on the road. The company positions the vehicles as an alternative to traditional 110cc scooters, emphasizing affordability, reliability, and lower ownership costs.

E3 Electric.Ai has a team of more than 100 people, drawing experience from established automakers as well as newer EV and AI companies. The company holds a portfolio of over 18 patents covering modular architecture, battery systems, and AI-led safety features. It was named among the winners of the NASSCOM Emerge 50 Awards 2025.

BluVenture Holdings is a private investment firm that deploys capital through direct equity investments and special purpose vehicles, working alongside a network of co-investors to back founders it describes as building category-defining companies.
