DrivebuddyAI Showcases In-Cabin Safety Platform at InCabin USA 2026

Ahmedabad-based automotive technology company DrivebuddyAI presented its in-cabin safety platform through live vehicle demonstrations at InCabin USA 2026, offering automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and mobility technology leaders a hands-on look at the system's real-world capabilities.

The demonstration featured the company's full-stack Driver Monitoring System (DMS), covering Driver Drowsiness and Attention Warning, Advanced Driver Distraction Warning, Driver Engagement Monitoring, and Occupant Monitoring. The platform has been designed to support compliance with GSR 2144 and Euro NCAP 2026 requirements and claims 97% accuracy, backed by independent third-party validation conducted in India and the European Union.

DrivebuddyAI's appearance at InCabin USA follows its earlier presence at InCabin Europe 2025 and CES 2026. The company positions the Detroit showcase as part of its broader push into global automotive markets.

Nisarg Pandya, Founder and CEO of DrivebuddyAI, attributed the platform's robustness to its development in India's demanding traffic conditions — environments that, in the company's view, generate edge-case data rarely captured in controlled lab settings. The AI model underpinning the platform has been trained on over 6.4 billion kilometres of driving data.

The company uses a single-camera architecture, which it says offers OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers a cost-efficient path to regulatory compliance.
