The company, addressing the gender disparity in the automotive industry, is focusing on enhancing diversity across various roles within the organisation.
Presently, the composition of women and LGBTQ+ individuals in CARS24's workforce is under 20%. To combat this imbalance and promote inclusivity, the company has initiated recruitment and training programs aimed at integrating women into both its corporate and frontline positions. Available roles span across customer experience, operations, marketing, product development, and more.
CARS24's initiative includes the implementation of specific training programs, upskilling opportunities, and mentorship projects aimed at empowering women within the company.
