BluSmart launches ‘BluSmart Charge’ app, opens 50th EV charging hub

BluSmart, a ride-hailing service and EV charging infrastructure network, has announced the launch of its 'BluSmart Charge' App, now available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This new application extends BluSmart's charging services to all EV users across Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru, including fleet operators and individuals, providing unparalleled convenience and addressing diverse EV charging needs. Simultaneously, BluSmart celebrates a milestone with the opening of its 50th EV charging hub.

The BluSmart Charge App offers the ARC promise—Accessible, Reliable, and Convenient charging for all. Key features of the app include:

  • Enhanced Charger Discovery: Easily find chargers tailored to specific vehicle types, with recommendations for relevant charging connectors and real-time updates on the availability and status of charging stations.
  • Unified App Experience: A single app serving both fleet operators and individual users.
  • Seamless Payment Integration: Secure and streamlined payment processes for all users, facilitating easy access to charging services on the go.
  • Digitised Entry and Exit: Improved safety with a digitized entry and exit process at BluSmart charging stations.
  • Centralised Fleet Management System: Allows fleet operators to track and monitor charging sessions and payments seamlessly on a dedicated dashboard.

BluSmart’s state-of-the-art EV charging hubs, featuring both underground and open charging facilities, cover over 1.8 million square feet and house more than 5,000 fast and slow EV charging stations powered by green energy. These hubs are located in prime areas such as malls, corporate parks, and metro stations, offering superior design, minimal car queuing, and industry-leading capacity utilisation of 25%.
