Electric mobility platform Bijliride has reported an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of Rs 45.6 crore, based on monthly rental revenue of Rs 3.8 crore, including revenue generated through its franchise network. The company has also reported an EBITDA margin of 30% at the operational level.
The company currently operates 20 franchises, which collectively generate Rs 1 crore in monthly revenue for its franchise partners. Bijliride follows an asset-light, franchise-led business model to expand its presence across geographic markets through regional operators.
According to co-founder and CEO Shivam Sisodiya, the company's expansion strategy is focused on unit economics and operational profitability rather than growth driven primarily by cash expenditure. The company said its franchise network is intended to generate revenue opportunities for local operators alongside its own expansion.
Bijliride currently operates a fleet of over 6,000 electric vehicles deployed in the last-mile logistics segment. The company said it plans to consolidate its presence in northern India, with a focus on providing electric vehicles for delivery executives.
Founded in 2021, Bijliride operates a SaaS-powered electric two-wheeler rental platform serving individual and enterprise customers. Its services include battery swapping, on-road support and enterprise fleet management. The company has outlined a target of reaching one million users by 2030.
