Battery Material Recycler Ardee Industries Sets IPO Price Band at Rs 50–53 per Share

Ardee Industries Limited, a manufacturer and recycler of refined lead and lead alloys used in automotive battery production, has fixed the price band for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Rs 50 to Rs 53 per equity share.

IPO Subscription Dates and Anchor Bidding

The issue opens for public subscription on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, and will close on Friday, August 7, 2026, with anchor bidding scheduled for August 4.

Issue Size, Fresh Issue and Offer for Sale Details

The public offer comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 320 crore, alongside an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1.99 crore equity shares by promoter selling shareholders Sandeep Aggarwal and Nikunj Aggarwal. Bids can be placed for a minimum lot size of 281 equity shares.

The company processes lead scrap and spent batteries at its manufacturing unit in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, supplying refined lead ingots and specialized battery alloys to domestic battery manufacturers and global markets. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the NSE.
