Bajaj Auto Limited Reports 40% YoY Growth in April 2026 Sales
Exports drive overall volumes past 5.13 lakh units, with strong gains across two-wheelers and commercial vehicles.
Bajaj Auto Limited reported total sales of 5,13,792 units in April 2026, registering a 40% increase compared to 3,65,810 units in April 2025, according to the company’s latest monthly sales disclosure.
The growth was supported by a sharp rise in export volumes, alongside steady expansion in domestic demand across both two-wheelers and commercial vehicles.
Two-wheeler sales stood at 4,39,953 units during the month, up 38% year-on-year from 3,17,937 units. Domestic two-wheeler sales increased by 11% to 2,10,063 units, while exports rose significantly by 78% to 2,29,890 units.
In the commercial vehicle segment, the company reported sales of 73,839 units, marking a 54% increase from 47,873 units in April last year. Domestic CV sales grew 19% to 38,147 units, while exports more than doubled, rising 125% to 35,692 units.
Overall domestic sales across segments reached 2,48,210 units, reflecting a 13% increase over 2,20,615 units recorded in April 2025. Export volumes stood at 2,65,582 units, up 83% from 1,45,195 units in the same period last year.
The data indicates that export markets accounted for a significant share of the overall growth during the month, particularly in both two-wheelers and commercial vehicles, contributing to the company’s higher aggregate volumes.
