Automotive Component Leader Pinnacle Industries Appoints Rahul Desai as CEO

Pinnacle Industries, a leading manufacturer of automotive seating, interiors, special application vehicles, and railway seating, appointed Rahul Desai as Chief Executive Officer. Desai, who brings nearly three decades of experience in the auto-components sector, will oversee the company's Auto Components, Seating & Interiors division.

In his new role, Desai will lead operations across manufacturing plants and supporting functions, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening core capabilities, and integrating next-generation technologies.

"Rahul brings the perfect blend of industry experience and a forward-thinking approach that aligns with our vision," said Arihant Mehta, President of Pinnacle Industries. "His deep understanding of the auto component landscape, combined with his focus on innovation and operational excellence, will be key to refining our strategy and enhancing execution across the organization."

Desai's extensive career includes senior leadership positions at CIE India, GKN Sinter Metals Ltd, and Inteva Products India Automotive Pvt Ltd. His expertise spans greenfield projects, technology transfers, operational excellence, business transformation, financial strategy, innovation, and strategic planning.

Founded in 1996, Pinnacle Industries is headquartered in Pune with manufacturing facilities in Pune and Pithampur.
